Name, email and a message are required to submit the form; without sufficient information we may not be able to respond. You may also contact us directly by email. Please only share information necessary to discuss your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential documents at this stage.

Enquiry information is used to understand your request, communicate with you, assess potential work and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Related correspondence may also be needed to maintain business records, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

When you submit the form, your information is sent to FormSubmit, an external form-processing service, for delivery to our Gmail mailbox. FormSubmit processes submission data to provide its service and may use cookies. Its privacy policy explains its practices. Email handling is also subject to Google’s privacy policy. Authorised people handling your enquiry may access your message. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

5. International processing

Form processing and email services may process or store information outside your country, including outside Hong Kong. Their hosting locations and processing arrangements are governed by their services. This website does not promise that enquiry information remains in a particular jurisdiction.

6. Retention and security

Enquiries should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the request, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. Provider records and backups are governed by their own retention arrangements. No internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed completely secure; send only the information needed for your initial enquiry.

The current website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser storage for enquiry details. Hosting, form-processing and anti-spam services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, and may use cookies under their own policies. The FormSubmit submission flow may present an anti-spam check. You can contact us by email if you prefer not to use the form.

8. Access, correction and other requests

To request access to or correction of personal information held by ADAMAS ESM, email adamasesm@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. You can also ask about deletion or object to a use of your data; we will assess the request under applicable law and any necessary retention obligations.
